Description

FOOD4ALL aims to enhance culinary inclusivity and innovation in partner countries (France, Spain, Greece, North Macedonia, Türkiye), fostering sustainable practices in the food industry and empowering culinary tourism. Main objectives of this project are to upskill people (vet providers, students, in-company trainers, culinary professionals such as cooks, waiters etc.) in food sector and support the individuals with special dietary restrictions and preferences to participate in social life. The FOOD4ALL project will undertake the following activities:

  • Enhancing the skills of VET providers, students, in-company trainers, and culinary professionals to effectively address special dietary requirements.
  • Creating comprehensive ICT-based educational resources and tools tailored for culinary training programs.
  • Developing a sustainable framework for the integration and long-term impact of the project's outcomes within the culinary education sector.

Our Role in the Project

As a key strategic partner in the Food4All consortium (Nourishing Inclusivity and Diversity in the Food Sector for People with Special Dietary Requirements), InnoTomia plays a pivotal role in transforming culinary training into high-quality, accessible digital learning. Drawing on our deep expertise in digital learning frameworks and project governance, we are responsible for leading the project's digital education strategy and ensuring the absolute excellence of its outputs.

Our core responsibilities and contributions include:

  • Online Courses Coordination & Digital Architecture: Innotomia leads the development, structure, and implementation of the Food4All Online Learning Platform and E-Learning Courses. We ensure that complex training materials—such as the Inclusive Culinary Guide and specialized modules on allergens, holistic health diets, and plant-based excellence—are translated into engaging, interactive, and digitally accessible formats that meet the highest modern VET standards.
  • Quality Assurance & Evaluation: To ensure the project's long-term impact, we rigorously monitor, evaluate, and review all project milestones, methodologies, and deliverables. By implementing robust feedback loops during international pilot testing and transnational meetings, we guarantee compliance with stringent European Commission quality indicators.
  • Bridging Education with the Culinary Labor Market: Innotomia coordinates an extended, cross-sector group of experts to ground the project in real-world practice. We actively collaborate with professional chefs, master cooks, hospitality staff, and dietary specialists from the active labor market, as well as VET educators and trainers. This unique synergy ensures that our digital curriculum perfectly aligns with the day-to-day operational realities of commercial kitchens, restaurants, and food tourism providers.

🍽️ Culinary Inclusivity Through Quality Education

Through our dual mandate of digital course coordination and quality assurance, Innotomia ensures that culinary professionals and VET learners across Europe receive a gold-standard education. By combining rigorous quality checks with real-world feedback from top industry chefs, we help the food sector seamlessly adapt to the evolving demands of consumers with special dietary needs.
